This is a one-of-a-kind archive from Milt Albright who was with Disneyland Park Operations and oversaw aspects of the Mickey Mouse Club Headquarters at Disneyland. The Mickey Mouse Club Headquarters debuted at the Main Street Opera House in Disneyland. It was established as a synergistic promotion of Walt Disney’s newest television show through his most successful form of family entertainment. This archive of (20) materials comes from the collection of Milt Albright and contains much unique information only available in this collection of materials. Included are Inter-Office Communications and other documents composed between 1963 and 1964. Each is related to the creation and distribution of official membership applications, membership cards and mailers, and souvenir photos at Disneyland. Some documents preserve figures of members gained through sign-ups and mail-orders. Other documents detail the 1963 taping dates for the Mickey Mouse Club at Disneyland; among these is a rare show script written for Ginny Tyler to deliver during a shoot at Disneyland, which promotes the Membership Cards.
