A beautiful hand carved and pierced Chinese Vintage Art Deco Style Green Jadeite Pendant with a Gold Vermeil (gold gilt over 925 sterling silver) Bail. The pendant has a hand carved and pierced Apple Green Jadeite gem that is nicely polished and has attained a lustrous aged patina attesting to it's authenticity. It is a nice large pendant measuring 1 5/8 inch long x almost 1 inch wide. The gold vermeil bail is very bright and in fine condition with a 925 hallmark. A very elegant and beautiful piece of Chinese craftsmanship and Chinese history. Genuine natural green jadeite. In very fine condition no damage or repairs. These elegant Jade pieces have remained highly desirable because they are no longer being made and they are not easily found today. Weight: 3.9 grams.
