For your consideration is a light blue plaid check tartan fabric.  This has the light blue background and the dark blue and white forming the plaid check design.  This is a woven fabric.  Looks like the wool versions, however I believe this is a cotton blend.  Part was used to make the kilt skirts for a child and this is what is left.  It is 55" wide and there is 2 yards and then a piece that is 20" wide and 28" in length still attached.  Wool look without the itchy scratch of wool.
