They are stunning! These are a beautiful pair of gold tone multicolor pastel enamel & bezel set rhinestone large hoop pierced earrings. These earrings measure approximately 1 5/8" L & a little over 1/8" W. I don't see a jewelry mark, but you can tell they are a good quality pair of earrings. If you look at the inside of the earrings the rhinestones go the whole way through to allow more light & sparkle. They are a more modern pair of earrings. I would say no later than the 1990's. They are stunning!!  I sell on Ebay because I enjoy going to auctions, estate sales, and finding unique items. Most things are from my own collection. I'm not an expert.
