I believe it was only ever displayed. The delicate, hand-painted violets on the top have some white around two tips. I do not think these are chips, but I am not certain. I think it’s part of the way it was hand-painted. I’ve looked though, and it’s very hard to find this set without large chips to the violets. Please zoom in on all pictures. I’m cleaning out my closets and cabinets of gifts never given, items never used, clothes never worn, projects never done, etc. If interested, I definitely combine shipping! Condition: Used.
