To receive a complete refund, you need to photograph and send pictures of the broken item and the packing box. Then you must package and ship the damaged item back, including the broken pieces. In this case the packaging and return of the item is also mandatory.       PARTIAL REFUND: A partial refund will happen if your item was damaged due to the shipping process.
