View 70s Girls S Handmade Smocked Pink Pinafore Apron White Dress Puff Sleeves TLC with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. Estate find. Didn’t treat the items. The story goes that a woman sat in her garage and made these and sold them as she finished them. The dress is structurally good but has multiple light discolored areas which I show in the pictures. It has a button back, no elastic anywhere so the puff sleeves have a binding hem and a Peter Pan collar. Inside side seams are unfinished so they ravel. The button back pink pinafore has tie sides and hand embroidered smocking. There’s a faint discoloration on one shoulder. See measurements in the pictures. Condition: Pre-owned - Fair.
