This vintage porcelain ginger jar has a white glazed finish with hand-decorated flowers, leafy vines, and butterflies in soft shades of green, pink, yellow, and lavender. The simple shape and classic decoration work well with traditional, chinoiserie, cottage, or Asian-inspired décor. It is unmarked on the base. Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. One side has two small manufacturer flaws consisting of a shallow dimple with a tiny dark kiln speck and a short indented line in the glaze from the manufacturing process. Light wear to the base consistent with age and display.
