I bought this in China in the early 2000s and you can tell it’s older by the color and just the hand painting on the fish. The bottom is signed - - looks like Fang Lin under Zhi - middle character for longevity  The bowl is in excellent condition for age-look at the photos-  The bowl measures inches 9 in diameter & 1 3/4 in height.
