Both the back of the crucifix and the back of the centerpiece medal are clearly stamped Chapel Ster, which is a well known and respected maker of vintage religious jewelry. The front of the center medal features a detailed profile of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, while the reverse side depicts the Madonna and Child. The crucifix has a classic finish with a raised corpus and INRI banner at the top. When laid out straight on a table, the rosary measures approximately 16 inches (41 cm) long from the top of the loop down to the bottom of the crucifix. The main beaded necklace loop has a total opening of roughly 22 inches (56 cm). The crucifix itself measures about 1.75 inches (45 mm) tall by 1.25 inches (32 mm) wide.
