Oct 14-02, Apr 26-04, Feb 27-06, June 5-09" on the top of the frame above the chuck housing, it is in very good overall condition, and operates smoothly, with sound and solid pad and crank handles, showing normal use and wear, as pictured, with no personal markings from previous owners. The original plating is long gone, the chuck housing shows heavy use and wear, and there are some stable cracks on the crank handle, all as pictured..
