Vintage wreath brooch is light gold-tone/rhodium plated silver-tone metal finish. Most likely base metal is brass. Stones are blue glass with the AB coating to make them refract cobalt, blue, emerald green, and peacock purple. The center features a "moonglow" cabochon.
