Vintage Roseville hanging planter in the blue magnolia pattern. There are two chips: one to the bottom of a handle & the other to one of the flower stems. This is dirty in appearance. There’s rust staining along the holes where the chain connects. Moderate discoloration to the inside from its function as a planter and likely rust from the wire chain being stored inside the planter . I've given this a wipe down; with a more intentional cleaning I think much of the dirt / discoloration could be removed. There are no cracks. There is no hook at the top of the chain.
