It is on silver tone metal which they always coat with a plating that keeps it from tarnishing and always looks fresh.  The chain is adjustable but this is meant to be worn high as a bib or choker look. The crystals (and they are all there) are various shades of and there are some smaller I think smoky gray or black crystals on the pieces with the tiny crystals.  In some lights I think the blue looks almost teal. It's a bit hard to measure but the decorative bib pieces equal approx 8".  There is a 4" chain with the lobster clasp on the left side (if looking at the front) and 5" on the right side with the little swan stamped dangle at the end.  The chain at the end where you can link at different points is 1.75".  So as best as I can describe we are talking 15" at the smallest and 17" at the longest.  These are approximate measurements.  This is very hard to measure! There is slight surface scratching on the back of the necklace but it's the part that goes against your skin so will not be seen. The retail for this was $410 plus tax. This stunning necklace will come to you in excellent condition other than the surface scratching on the back and complete with original box.  PLEASE NOTE the outer box shows shelf wear. **************************************************************** All of my items come from a smoke free home.
