These patterns were used by a number of manufacturers.    The item for sale is a round broad footed pedestal glass serving bowl or compote that was probably made in the United States by an unknown maker before the middle of the twentieth century.  The compote was made it simulate fine cut crystal although it was cast from a mold.  The pattern includes diamond filled areas, fans and zippered arches.  These patterns were used by a number of manufacturers.  The condition is essentially the same as when the compote was made.  There are no chips, cracks, wear nor other types of damage.  The diameter and height are 9 1/2" and 7 1/4".
