It looks as if it was not used, but I can't say for sure. I do not think that it was displayed as a wall hanger since I don't see any evidence of a wire wall hanging bracket on the plate. OFROSTY THE SNOWMAN is the theme of this Happy Holidays collector's plate from 1999 by Nikko. This 10 5/8 inch diameter plate is in excellent used condition. It looks as if it was not used, but I can't say for sure. There are no chips, cracks, nor crazing. I do not think that it was displayed as a wall hanger since I don't see any evidence of a wire wall hanging bracket on the plate. The plate will be wrapped in bubble wrap, and carefully padded with packing peanuts for shipping safety, and shipped in a sturdy box. Buyer may choose USPS Ground Advantage or Fed Ex Shipping.
