I must point out that there is oxidation on the back side of one of the earrings, see back side images and use the zoom feature. Earrings are 1-5/8" tall by 1" wide. Estate find! All prong set in gold tone metal, a vintage double layer ab coated rhinestone brooch with matching clip on earrings.  It features a double layer of rhinestones in a celestial comet or crescent shape.  The stones are done in amber and the AB coated stones have a predominately blue reflection. Brooch measures 3" wide and 2-1/2" tall. Earrings are 1-5/8" tall by 1" wide. They are in excellent vintage pre-owned, condition. I must point out that there is oxidation on the back side of one of the earrings, see back side images and use the zoom feature.  Standard pin clasp functions nicely.  Please take a look at the photos as they describe the brooch and earrings best.
