Occupied Japan porcelain items were made in Japan after the end of World War II, 1945-1952 when marked . I don’t know much more about this piece, but we picked it up a few years ago at an Estate Auction in Eastern New Hampshire and it was presented as a Hand Painted  “Japanese Moriage Immortal Vase". The vase is in very good pre-owned condition with cracks, breaks or chips, it does have a small manufacture hickey in the glaze under the rim see close up photo.
