Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Wawel Polish Fine China (WAV13 Pattern) Single (1) Imperfect 4-Cup Coffee Pot & Lid. At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces, extra pieces, and a few serving pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots!   The coffee pot measures approximately 8.75” (w/ lid) and 6.875 (w/o lid) in height and the piece is marked with the following backstamp: “W Wawel, Made in Poland.” The coffee pot & lid has a white base with an embossed white design around the rim, in addition to a pink/blue flowers & green foliage design, with a gold rim/verge. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture unknown.   Condition: Please note that this is an imperfect piece. The lid to the coffee pot has two small (~0.25”) chips on the underside of the inner ring of the lid. The chips cannot be seen during traditional use, only when the lid is removed and inspected from beneath. Aside from the imperfections mentioned above, the coffee pot & lid is in great condition and looks to have been rarely used. The coffee pot was acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (aside from those imperfections mentioned above) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. Additionally, the piece may show light utensil marks, flea bites, minor glazing/manufacturer imperfections, cleaning or storage scratches, or minor imperfections to the gold rim and verge, but the piece looks only lightly used.  If you have specific questions regarding condition, please don’t hesitate to contact me as I am more than willing to help in any way I can!
