This sterling silver pendant necklace has been beautifully crafted by Zuni artists Edward and Pablita Quam. The pendant has been beautifully inlaid with abalone, turquoise, coral, white shell and jet. This sterling silver pendant necklace has been beautifully crafted by Zuni artists Edward and Pablita Quam.  The pendant has been beautifully inlaid with abalone, turquoise, coral, white shell and jet.  The abalone feathers have been hand carved.  The Sun Face pendant seems to glow as the abalone and white shell reflect light.  The pendant measures 3" from the top loop to the bottom of the feathers and 1 7/8" across.  The handmade sterling silver chain has also been beautifully crafted and measures 24.5" long.  The necklace weighs 48 grams.  The pendant is signed on the back Edward and Pablita Quam and dated 1977.  This necklace is in excellent vintage condition.  Throughout the 40 years that I have been in business, I have purchased jewelry from pawn shops throughout the Southwest that had collections of dead pawn.
