I've seen this set with the big cork stoppers painted red and blue, so you can see the Salt shaker with faded red on its cork. The other cork looks natural to me. Salt (S) has 3 shaker holes and the Pepper (P) has 2. Made in Japan with typical hand-painted techniques. Please note how the lacquer over "Japan" on the Pepper shaker bleeds up the base/side of the jug. The Artist's Impressionistic flower rendering makes these old retro jugs truly one of a kind.
