The superbly faceted genuine Blue Topaz gems are Oval Cut. Measuring 5/8 inch in length x 3/8 inch wide. There are two small Diamonds measuring 1 mm diameter. In very fine condition with no damage or repairs. Hallmarked 14k and a maker mark which I cannot read. Combined weight: 4.4 grams.
