Antique German UnterWeissBach   Dresden Lace Porcelain  Dancing Ballerina Figurine  This Dancing Ballerina Figurine stands at 7 inches tall and is a stunning addition to any collection.  Handmade in Germany  by  the renowned  Porzellanfabrik Unterweissbach   in the Thuringia region of Germany, Features intricate lace patterns and hand-painted details, reflecting the Victorian style.  The multicolor porcelain figurine depicts a graceful ballerina Marked with Blue Crown and Backstamp  and number 8558 on the bottom of base. The company has been producing porcelain from 1842. Dresden Lace Technique : The figurine utilizes the historic "Dresden lace" method, where real cotton lace is dipped into liquid porcelain paste before being fired.
