I inherited this from my ex-mother-in-law and it is in very good condition. Very pretty faux pearl & gold tone brooch and clip-on earring set is vintage from the 1970's.  I inherited this from my ex-mother-in-law and it is in very good condition.  There are no scratches or dings or dents on the pin or earrings.  One faux pearl on the brooch appears to have slightly less of a pearly sheen than the others but that may be me being overly critical as I believe in complete transparency and full disclosure of condition on any of my listings. This is in the style of a Lisner piece from the 1960's but it is not signed so I believe it is a 1970's knock-off.  The brooch is a two-loop bow with tails & intertwined with the faux pearls.  The earrings are three-loop bows with a single faux pearl in the center. The brooch and earrings are lightweight and I do not believe they are made entirely of metal.  Rather I think the material of the brooch & earrings is gold tone Lucite and the findings (pin back on the brooch & earring clips) are metal.  The faux pearls are champagne colored.  The pinback is in very good condition with no bending out of shape or wonkiness and works smoothly.  The earring clips hold firmly and are not loose. Dimensions: Brooch is 1.75 inches long x 1.25 inches high Earrings are 1 inch wide x 1 inch high Weight of all three pieces is 6 ounces This set is very shiny without any signs of tarnish.  The faux pearls are a lovely champagne color which I think is the original color and not fading due to age.  This has been very well looked after and the light weight makes it a comfortable set to wear.  The bow theme is both classic and beautiful.  The size is perfect for wearing on a scarf, lapel or fastening to your evening purse for a touch of holiday bling.  It comes from a smoke-free environment.  Thank you for looking!
