Vintage Wide Bovine Bone & Brass w/Pin Open Hinge Bangle Brace The size is approximately 1.70" wide  The opening at the top is approximately 2.5" diameter on the top smaller part of the bracelet x 2.75" diameter on the bottom larger part of the bracelet.  The brass parts on the hinges of the bracelet does have some  patina or brass is missing  on parts of the hinges.
