This estate piece has a fabulous modern decorative style. It is in excellent condition, and displays beautifully! This is a stunning art glass 4" x 4" bulbous teardrop shaped bud vase or paperweight. This is a stunning art glass 4" x 4" bulbous teardrop shaped bud vase or paperweight.  It is thick glass, in a Sommerso style.  The bottom has a polished pontil mark, and is etched with the artist's signature, but I can't read the name.  I can only make out "Art by ? 2003".  The opening is about 5/8".  The violet and clear glass are separate on the lower third of the vase, and have a pattern of tiny controlled bubbles known as "bullicante".  There are no chips or cracks in the glass.  This estate piece has a fabulous modern decorative style.   It is in excellent condition, and displays beautifully!   Questions and offers welcome!  Thank you for your interest in my item!
