A few pieces in the set may have a slightly different backstamp. The platter has a white/ivory base with a multicolor Asian floral design, and a gold rim/verge. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1972 and 1986. Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Noritake Asian Song (7151) Single (1) Imperfect 13” Oval Serving Platter. At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces, extra pieces, and serving pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots!   The oval serving platter measures approximately 13.625” in the oblong dimension and the piece is marked with the following backstamp: “Noritake Ivory China, N, ®, Japan, 7151, Asian Song.” A few pieces in the set may have a slightly different backstamp. The platter has a white/ivory base with a multicolor Asian floral design, and a gold rim/verge. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1972 and 1986.   Condition: Please note that this is an imperfect piece with the gold trim/verge showing moderate wear. This wear has been pictured and can be seen in the photos. Aside from the imperfections listed above, the oval serving platter is in good condition. The platter was acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no other major condition issues (aside from those mentioned above) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. In addition to the above major imperfections, the piece may show light utensil marks, flea bites, minor glazing/manufacturer imperfections, cleaning or storage scratches, or additional minor imperfections to the gold rim and verge.  If you have specific questions regarding condition, please don’t hesitate to contact me as I am more than willing to help in any way I can!
