The bodice has large puffed sleeves.   A delightful antique original Victorian 1890's afternoon dress.  The dress is made of light weight cotton and has a blue cornflowers print on a white background.  The bodice has  large puffed sleeves.  The high neck and sleeve cuffs are trimmed with bands of ivory satin ribbon.  The bodice is lined with cotton and has a front hook and eye closure.  The skirt is fully lined with cotton and has a ruffled hemline.  The dress is in good and sturdy condition.  There is a 2 inch age mark on one sleeve some very light underarm discoloration mostly to the inside lining, three small age marks on the lower part of the skirt front and some light soiling on the high neck collar.  Shoulders 13 Bust 32 waist 24 Sleeve length 24 Skirt length 40.
