This is a vintage brass bangle bracelet with a hinged mechanism that allows you to open it to put it on. I believe it would fit up to an 8.5" wrist but because of the shape it sits perfectly on smaller wrists as well without turning. The design is two beautiful peacocks with faux stones that look like blue sapphires together with faux turquois, green, lavender and purple stones. There are even tiny stones for eyes on the peacocks. All are intact and the bracelet opens and closes perfectly.
