Before I took these pictures, I swore this bracelet was an off-white color but against the different black and white backgrounds, it appears that it is a very, very light seafoam green. The gold tone starfish and bracelet interior and trim are on the cool-tone-side of the gold spectrum rather than being a super yellowy gold. This bracelet is in very good, like new condition, and fantastic quality, but I cannot find any stamp as to who made it.
