No damage to this beautiful vintage set. Nice color and detailed to the plastic figurines. Jesus, Mary, Joseph, angel, 3 kings, shepherd and 2 sheep. The manger comes apart into 4 pieces for flat packing. Baby Jesus is under 2” long. The tallest figurine is 3.5 inches.
