There's also a missing gold string toward the center on back. This handmade skirt is in good vintage, pre-owned condition. Measures approx 39" in diameter. Made of a stiff velveteen or Lyons-Style Velvet. From the 1950s or 60s. Shows a little wear due to age. It's definitely a dark red with gold polka dots and trim. Around the trim is also trees and ornaments. Sorry for the purple looking color, I couldn't get my flash to stop. There's also a missing gold string toward the center on back.
