Ornament measures approximately 3.5 inches long, 3 inches wide, .5 inch thick.  This is the 2003 official White House Historical Association Christmas ornament, designed to honor President Ulysses S. Grant . The ornament features a hand-painted porcelain figure of a boy riding a rocking horse. The boy is surrounded by a 24-karat gold-finished brass wreath decorated with enameled colors and holiday foliage.
