Each rhinestone is 4MM & round, spaced about 3MM apart & prong set. Pretty old belt, looks great on a straight tank style dress but could be wrapped around the neck, used like a lariat. It has a small hook on the end to keep it together. 36" long but looks best w/some of it hanging, maybe a 32 - 33" waist measured over the garment would be the max.
