Antique Victorian Stamped Brass Girandole Candlesticks Cut Crystal Prisms 9.5" Tall x 3.5" base diameter, total weight is 1 lb.  Girandole refers to ornate, branched lighting fixture often accented with hanging crystal prisms that reflect and intensify candlelight.  Features classic Victorian/Edwardian style.  Each candlestick is adorned with seven 4-inch-long prisms (a total of 14 matching prisms) hung from a circular bobeche or drip pan. The top portion of the crystal prisms are round connected to triangular arrowhead crystals (3" Tall).  One candlestick cup has remains of red faded material intended to hold candle in place.  Has stamped brass shell exterior.  Review of the bottoms, show a central threaded rod.  Between the square screw that holds the rod in place, there is a round silver steel ring or weight disc.   The brass components show verdigris, oxidation of the brass.  The underside has oxidation and rust consistent with age, circa 1890-1910.  There are few nicks and scratches to crystal prisms.  See photos for condition details.
