This is printed on both sides and the honeycomb expands around to be attached at center with tape or paperclip.  There may have been some s ort of supporting stand that is missing.  The honeycomb does not offer much support for the figure.  The old witch has a bony hand pointing downward into cauldron.  The other hand holds a stir stick.  There are tape remnants in the area of the cauldron.  The bottom point of t he cape is curled, and paper layers have separated. The face-side surface has some spot areas with surface color missing showing the white underneath.  The back side of witch has a few similar smaller spots and one large spot with surface missing.  There is bend/break where the hat meets the hair. It is taped together.  There is another bend/break about half-way up the hat.  This is hanging together without being taped - so far.  This has more paper layers and is thicker, heavier than most die cut outs.  This measures about 20 inches high (when hat is folded up) and 9 inches across.  Cauldron diameter open is 10 inches.   Revision: Although no manufacturing markings were found, a very knowledgeable ebayer let me know that this is 1960's created by Hallmark!
