Product Description Up for sale is a rare, highly collectible Richard Glässer Sushi Chef Nutcracker , handcrafted in the famous woodworking village of Seiffen in the Erzgebirge region of Germany . This unique piece features a detailed chef uniform, a traditional hat inscribed with "Sushi" (寿司), and a wooden serving platter loaded with sushi preparation accessories. The underside of the base features the authentic, burnt-in engraved bottom mark showcasing the official Richard Glässer logo, confirming its genuine Erzgebirge craftsmanship. Condition Notes (Please Read Before Purchasing): This item is being sold AS-IS in used vintage condition:  Missing Piece: The sushi display tray is missing one piece from the layout and one piece is damaged, two of the leaves appears to be broken (please review the photos closely for the exact missing spot and damage). Cosmetic Wear: There are some small paint chips, the wood has some chips,  and light surface scuffs consistent with age and shelf display.
