Vintage Folk Art Belsnickle Father Christmas / Santa Claus Figurines. Up for sale is a charming set of two (2) vintage folk-art style Belsnickle Father Christmas figurines. Crafted to mimic traditional antique German chalkware and paper-mâché candy containers, these beautiful figures are detailed with heavily textured, aged crackle finishes and dusted with a nostalgic icy mica glitter The first figure stands on a cracked snow mound base, dressed in a red coat detailed with white snowflakes while cradling a miniature green bottle brush Christmas tree. The second figure features a hooded Santa tightly holding a vintage-style brown teddy bear. This Santa includes a small loop at the crown, allowing him to be displayed either as standalone shelf sitters or hung as primitive holiday tree ornaments. They are perfect additions to any rustic, country cottage, or traditional Christmas display! Condition Notes: Excellent vintage condition! Both figures are structurally sound with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The distressed crackle texture, intentional paint inconsistencies, and faux-aging details are part of the original folk-art design and manufacturing process.
