It has a ruffle tiered skirt, silver floral threading on the lace & a silver rosette at the left side waist. Dress was made in the US & is made of polyester w/ an acetate lining. It is tagged a size 10 & fits like an extra small or small, so please see complete measurements below for correct fit. There is a missing eye hook at the top of the zipper & a tear in the lace nearby that. There are multiple holes & tears in the sheer ruffle fabric at the skirt throughout in various spots.
