It is carved in basswood, painted with acrylics; antique glazed to show shadows and depth then sealed with a matte finish to protect surface.  He  is wearing a traditional suit with hair and beard blowing in the wind, It hangs by a leather string. It is signed, marked with the three crosses, 1776 -2026 to commemorate 250 years and "I.G.W.T.
