Hello and welcome to this beautiful bowl in the art deco style by the La Seynie Company in Limoges France. It is stamped with the imprint PP which means it was made during the ownership of La Seynie by Pierre and Paul Paroutaud. The imprint was used from 1903 through 1917. The colors are beautiful with a half cream/half white band highlighted with hand painted plants and stems in green and yellow. The gold leaf compliments the cream color. The bowl is 8 inches in diameter, 5 inches at its base diameter and approximately 3 1/2 inches tall. There is one 1/16" chip in the past rim as noted above and shown in photos 10 and 11. The piece weight 16 ounces before postal packaging.
