They were part of a highly successful seasonal promotional series distributed through Arby's restaurants. 4 Vintage Libbey Winter Wonderland wine glasses w/ Gold gilt rim, 12 oz [LWW5] Description: This is a set of 4 Vintage Libbey Winter Wonderland wine glasses or water goblets featuring a stylized frosted white snow scene and a gold gilt rim. The glasses are famous for their frosted, wrap-around winter forest scene featuring white etched-style pine trees and falling snow.   The glasses, are in a shape sometimes called tulip glasses. These glasses are popular collectibles from the 1980s. They were part of a highly successful seasonal promotional series distributed through Arby's restaurants. The pattern was officially retired and discontinued by Libbey in the 1990s. Dimensions : approximately 3” rim diameter. 7 ½” tall. Maker’s Mark: unmarked. Condition : VERY GOOD: We hesitate to say excellent, but we saw no faults. However, they were used. They may show minor signs of wear and use commensurate with age but still very attractive. The rims are smooth. Finish is shiny. NO chips, or cracks, that we could see. We do our best to describe the item as we see it but we may miss some small defect. Comments :   This is an attic find in my late Mother-in-law’s home. It was part of a large collection of Winter Wonderland glasses. We believe she was the original and only owner.
