I bought these shoes brand new for about $150.00.  I have the original box. These have never been worn or used.  1) The stock insoles are not in there because I always had a habit of swapping out the flimsy stock inserts for my preferred athletic insoles. I disposed of them at the time, but if I had them still I would have included them in this sell.  That is one reason why this sell is listed as "new with defects". 2) Secondly, there are minor "yellowish like stains on the shoes".  Those yellowish stains are only there because I had a habit of rinsing my brand new shoes with water to clean them.  I believe the reason why it appears as yellow is because the white stock paint/coloring of these shoes spreads like that if the shoe gets wet.   I have owned multiple pairs of these shoes and the same thing always happens, when you wash the shoes with water, some how it turns yellowish in some areas.  This is also why I listed this sell as "new with defects" Aside from these two imperfections, if you're goal is to just use these for playing, its totally 100 percent brand new as far as "performance only" goes.  I have never worn these shoes or played in them, has no worn on it at all.  It's brand new.  Only minor defect is the missing stock insoles and the minor yellowish stains on the outside.  Given the fact these shoes are hard to find, especially in size 9, and not made today (classic item); with the few imperfections I have noted, I am willing to sell these for half the price of what I originally bought them for at $40.00.  Condition: New with defects.
