The pieces are in very good to excellent used condition with all pieces showing signs of use; there are scuffs & scratching/utensil marks on the plates consistent with normal use over decades (see pictures); there are also scuffs and scratches on the outside of the mugs (see pictures). This item is a vintage, preowned 8-piece set by Corelle/Corning ‘Burgundy’ (also referred to as Burgundy Rose) consisting of 4 dinner plates and 4 D-handle mugs-the mugs ARE microwave safe. Made in the USA; the pattern is retired. From an estate sale. The pieces are in very good to excellent used condition with all pieces showing signs of use; there are scuffs & scratching/utensil marks on the plates consistent with normal use over decades (see pictures); there are also scuffs and scratches on the outside of the mugs (see pictures). There are no visible chips or cracks on any piece. **One mug has a rough spot on the rim-I cannot tell if it’s a flea bite or manufacturing imperfection (see pictures).** There may be some manufacturing flaws present such as bumps, dimples or irregular edges as is common with Corelle. The pieces have been washed; however there may be hard water stains that could be removed with additional cleaning. Please wash again upon receipt! **PLEASE NOTE-the back stamps on the plates are no longer visible.** The individual pieces measure as follows: Dinner plates-approximately 10-1/4” D-Handle mugs-approximately 3-1/4” PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY at ALL pictures as they are an important part of this item description and they most accurately show the exact item condition.
