The outside is a Nylon type of fabric that should be wind/water resistant, so it doesn't stretch. It has Polyester/Spandex type fabric Long Sleeves that has Thumbholes to help keep the Sleeves in Place and for Easy Layering with Hand Warmth. It has a Hood with adjustable drawcords for upper body/head warmth. The hood is a polyester/spandex type of fabric. It is a Pullover with a 1/4 Zip neck. The inside lining part is longer in length than the outside and it has an elastic type of waistband. The outside has a drawcord in the bottom hem that you can adjust for a tighter or looser fit.
