I do believe it is all there though. The little phone and kitchen set are adorable. Top left corner has a tear, bottom right corner is fuzzy and right side has a crease. I purchased this quite a while ago with a large group of other Calico Critters.   It has just been sitting in my vintage toy room for the last year. The Country Living Room Set has some condition issues to the box.  Top left corner has a tear, bottom right corner is fuzzy and right side has a crease.  It has a few other dented areas and creases.  The tape has yellowed.   One of the side pieces of tape was cut.  So, I was able to take it out and get good photos.   The instructions and booklets are still taped to one side and I was able to just fold it over to photo the items.  It looks to me that everything is here.  Please look at the pics for the exact condition, and completeness.  I am not a Sylvanian Families expert.   I do believe it is all there though.  The little phone and kitchen set are adorable.  All of the little bags are sealed.  The outside cardboard is just about the exact color of the inserts, so Id guess there is little to no fading.  This is a very tough set to find in box.   The box is not perfect, but its still fairly good.   Condition: Used.
