Unique beautiful and elegant dressing tabletop mirror, pedestal base with sculptural scrollwork. Ornate base accented with intricate raised floral and gold-tone leaf filigree motifs, pearl clusters and small crystals/rhinestones  (*missing few pearls and crystals). Central stylized, heavy scroll stem, with organic acanthus leave shapes. Swivel function. Beveled round mirror glass is mounted on pivots within a metal frame, allowing it to tilt back and forth for adjustable viewing angles and switch to a magnifier mirror side. Mirror glass in good condition. Patina on the brass frame and silver-plated pedestal and base. Oval burgundy velvet bottom base with discoloration/tearing , attest to a past history. No stamp/marks/manufacturer hallmarks.  Heavy weight base. Materials: Silver plate or pewter, brass. CIRCA 1920's Japan or Germany?
