These are water decals, so you will need to place them in a small bowl of water until the decal slides off the backing.   6.     Place on your nail and press firmly. 7.     For Best Results, apply a top coat to seal your design(s). Gel Nail Polish: 1.     Remove surface oils. 2.     Apply a thin coat of Base Coat and remove any excess from cuticles. 3.     Cure it under UV/LED lamp. 4.     Apply a thin coat of UV Color Gel Nail Polish (Do Not Cure) 5.     Choose your favorite design. 6.     Cut of the design you would like to use. You will see the outline of the water decal or nail sticker. 7.     Once your decal is cut, peel back the protective layer.
