Snowflake Starburst Art Deco Rhinestone Silver Tone Vintage Screwback Earrings   This elegant pair of art deco style vintage earrings are preowned and are in fair to good condition for the right person. We have cleaned these earrings to restore them to their (almost) original beauty. These earrings are a screw back style with a still shiny polished silver tone and an elegant huggie design. The earrings are dimensional, not flat with an open metal design. The earrings resemble a snowflake, possibly a starburst. The earrings measure approximately 1 & 3/16" long x 7/8" wide.  They are lightweight earrings and should not pull down the ear lobe. These earrings are a screw back style earring and the screws are working appropriately. The earrings are not hallmarked. These earrings are dated to the 1950s, perhaps a tad bit later.  Conditional issues are surface scratching, metal wear including a bit of loss of plating, a bit of aging and clouding to the rhinestones (though they do sparkle), tarnish and/or patina with general signs of use and wear.   These are elegant, fancy earrings that are sparkly and fancy and generally get noticed when worn. These are nice for fancy occasions, celebratory events and holidays. The earrings are best suited for someone who enjoys older, vintage jewelry items which may have flaws and imperfections but have lots of character, history and some mystery too.  Please note this item ships boxed (no bags) to avoid any shipping carrier damages.
