These oval shaped silver hoop earrings are preowned and in good/acceptable condition for the right person. The design is an oval hoop and at the bottom is a wire twist or rope twist giving the earrings a bit of a Western or even a brutalist look. Oval Hoop with Rope Wire Twist Bottom Silver Tone Italy Vintage Earrings  These oval shaped silver hoop earrings are preowned and in good/acceptable condition for the right person. These earrings are from Italy have a nice, aged silver tone metal. The design is an oval hoop and at the bottom is a wire twist or rope twist giving the earrings a bit of a Western or even a brutalist look. The earrings measure approximately 1 & 3/8" long x 7/8" wide. The earrings are relatively lightweight and should not bring the earlobe down.  The earrings are a pierced style with a hinged latch closure and the hinges are working appropriately.  The earrings are hallmarked Italy at the latch end of the earrings. These earrings are dated to the 1980s perhaps a tad bit later. Conditional issues are one earring has more tarnish and discoloration at the bottom, in between the metal wire twist/wrap, than the other earring. When worn, these is hard to see. In addition, there is surface scratching, general tarnish and signs of use and wear. These are nice earrings for the true vintage lover, someone who enjoys jewelry that is a bit older and possibly has some flaws and imperfections but have character, history and a bit of mystery too.
